Getting Vending Machine Locations

There are many different locations where you can place your vending machines to ensure that you bring in the most significant profit. The odds are, though, that you haven't even considered the vast majority of them. This is because most people stop at some of the more obvious places where there are already machines. Have a look around your local area at the many different places that could have a vending machine and serve many people, but do not yet have one or do not have as many as they could.

For example:

Travel - look into airports, bus stations, train terminals, public transit stations, and other related places. These are good spots because they are where people get hungry, thirsty, or bored, and need a quick, convenient solution to this problem.

Tourism - investigate hotels, motels, tourist attractions, tourist information, travel agencies, and other similar locations. Tourists have money and are willing to spend. They also don't know their way around and are willing to use vending machines even when they usually wouldn't do so at home.

Health - check out hospital waiting rooms, doctors' offices, dentist waiting rooms, health clubs, spas, medical buildings, and other places where people wait a long time to see their health care provider. There are few things more boring than reading old magazines in a waiting room, which makes products from vending machines rather enticing.

Entertainment - visit movie theatres, night clubs, recreation centers, bars, taverns, amusement parks, private clubs, golf courses, bowling alleys, marinas, zoos, and video arcades to see if they have an appealing location to offer. When people are having fun, they'll often add to the experience by picking up a convenient beverage or snack.

Food service - just because a place is already selling food, it doesn't mean that your vending machines won't do well there. Look into coffee shops, restaurants, fast food joints, and other places where you can offer snacks, drinks, toys, or other items to the large numbers of people passing through.

Everyday errands - look into banks, drug stores, grocery stores, barbers shops, beauty salons, laundromats, auto service centers, lube centers, malls, retail stores, shopping centers, video stores, car washes and other places that people visit regularly and where they may find a little snack appealing as they're on the go.

Places of work - when lunch break comes around, people are hungry and will often buy on impulse or will buy drinks regularly from a machine because they're cold. Try to find a place within an office building, factory, warehouse, college, university, government office, real estate office, police and fire station, teachers' lounge, school staff room, auto dealership, and other areas where there are a number of employees who will be taking their lunch breaks.

Places of residence - nursing homes, retirement homes, and apartment buildings can offer a lot of traffic to a vending machine when properly placed. This is appealing to both residents as well as staff and guests.

Of course, this is not a complete list of all of the different places you could find in your local area. As you travel around in your local area, always keep your eyes open for the public spaces and work places that may offer you an opportunity as a potentially profitable location for your vending machines.
